He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Green (Pat); and his parents, Jack Green and Hortense Green. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughters, Roxanne Schiewe and Jennifer Scott (Lucas); his grandchildren, Daphne, Robert, Chloe, Emmett and Keira; and his brother Kenneth Green (Lucy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
