He is survived by: his wife Marion Sim; his siblings, LaVerne and Evelyn; his siblings-in-law, Lyle, Frances and Marguerite; his sons, Ken Carter-Sim (Karen) and Norman Carter-Sim (Jocelyn); his grandchildren, Jaime, Bonnie, Kellie, Findley, Roxanne (Chris) and Scott; and his great grandchild Griffin.
