He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Ratt and Cecile Keyes. He is survived by: his spouse Nelly Papatie; his children, Rolland, Wanida, Marguerite, Sheila and Simon; and his sibling Daniel. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends.
