He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Kandace (Eric Irakoze), Gaetan, Kaegan, Logan, Jesika, Liam and Kariss; his great grandchildren, Aleia Jesseau and Aurora Irakoze; his siblings, Gary (Janet), Gwen (Wayne Hiscock) and Cairine (Wayne Thistle); his siblings-in-law, David Skinner (Susan), Deborah March, Megan Skinner and Bobbi Zahra; and his wife Katherine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Heart and Stroke and Foundation, or to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Quebec City.
