With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irena Kus (Pointe-Claire, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irena Kus to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Tadeusz Kus and Walter Lach; her daughter Anna Kus; her parents, Janina Chojnacki and Franciszek Chojnacki of Radziwilow, Poland.; and her brothers, Michael, Edward and Julian.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Kus (Mladen Glavinovic) and Ed Kus (Jacqueline Panneton-Kus); her grandchildren, Tamara (Jonathan), Krystyna (Christian), Martin, Francis (Heather), David and Kristine; and her great grandchild Sofia.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Heart & Stroke foundation (https://www.heartandstroke.ca) or the Alzheimer Society of Montreal (https://alzheimermontreal.ca).
