He was predeceased by: his parents, Winona Clara Smollett and Ronald Henry James Bush. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Byer; his daughters, Chelsea, Caitlyn and Cassandra; his siblings, Wendy (Steve Lister) and Randy (Anne De Silva); his nieces and nephews, Daniel, Courtney (Lister), Jacqui and Ronni (Bush); his parents-in-law, Juliette and Tony Byer-Dewever; his brother-in-law Ric; and his nieces, Anya and Natalya. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Note that a celebration of life will take place once COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
