He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Brathwaite; and his siblings, Charles Smith and Pauline McCarthy. He is survived by: his sons, Brian and Peter; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Maya; his siblings, Keith and Nancy; his sisters-in-law, Barbara and Undine Brathwaite; his close friend Marvo; and his sister Grace. He is also survived by friends and family.
