He is survived by: his children, Brigitte (late Fredrick Schmelzle) and Joseph (Monica Lovasi); his grandchildren, Jaclyn (Julien), Ryan (Suzi), Steven (Lesley), Christopher (Megan) and Jennifer (Robin); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Madelyn and Lucas; and his sisters, Angela Weideggar and Helen Schleiffelder of Steyr, Austria..
