She was predeceased by: her husband John Polis; and her brother Ronald MacLaren. She is survived by: her children, Christopher (Kathleen), Diane (Philip) and Louise (Eric); and her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Trevor, Vienna and Cassia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
