He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Francis and John W. Dedam. He is survived by: his son Zachary Francis Jerome; and his siblings, Lanie, Anthony, John W. Jr., Lloyd, Edmond, Janie and Rosie. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and other family members and friends.
