She is survived by: her daughter Heather Condo; her grandchildren, Zachary Condo-Greenleaf, Richard Allen, Mariah Allen and Ashlyn Jerome; her great grandchildren, Tage Greenleaf, Loah Greenleaf and Willow Jerome-Allen; and her brother Jeffrey Rydant.
