He was predeceased by: his parent John Allen; his siblings, Merrill and Shirley Brown; and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Blanchard and Ralph Tooker.

He is survived by: his parent Alice Allen (Gallant); his sisters, Joan Stewart (Robert Johnston), Kathleen Gallant (Robert), Gladys Blacquiere (Gerald Pustlauk), Hazel Blanchard, Rose Marie Allen (Bud Lynch) and Rose Aletha Tooker; his brother-in-law Pat Brown; and his nieces and nephews, Fred Tooker, Tim Tooker, Angie, Lisa, Joey Stewart, Tanya, Scott Blanchard, Christine Allen, Racheal Blacquiere, Charlene Puddy, Crystal MacRae, Chris Gallant, Cindy Brown, Chris Brown, Joe, Brian, Jim and Charemon Hughes.
