He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sister Susan; his children, Alex (Cathy), Bridget (Vincent) and Clive (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Kelli, Luke, Kaitlin, Renee, Sophie, Rachel, Jessica, Kevin and Trevor.
