He was predeceased by: his brother Max Ohana. He is survived by: his wife Esther Malka; his children, Judith, Éric Botbol (Celia Ouaknine) and Armand (Rami); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Stephanie, Caroline, Joanna, Sharona, Kevin and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Arielle and Alexia; his stepchildren, David (Rosalie Assayag), Kathy Assayag (Jaap Nico Hamburger), Corinne Assayag and Léon Assayag (Aviva Farbstein); his grandchildren, Arielle, Emelie Sarah, Elie-James, Alexandra, Jade, Brian, Benjamin and Aizen; his sister Suzanne; his caregiver Caroline Poquiz; and also Mia-Esther.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM, on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM, on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM. A shiva was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 817 Rue Bertrand, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M1W1.
