He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Handelman and Harry Handelman; and his brother-in-law Murray Cohen. He is survived by: his spouse Malka Cohen; his children, Joanie (Howard Geniele) and Gary (Milena); his siblings, Irving (Ching), Esther (Saul) and Elie (Nancy Bohbot); and his sibling-in-law Roz. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
