He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Salmanovitch and Ethel Rosner. He is survived by: his children, Richie and Carrie; and his siblings, Arlene, David Kasner, Rella Alter, Rachel Alter, Jodie and Adam Cohen. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, numerous close friends and cousins.
