He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gus, Harry (Evelyn), Emile, Willie, Rita Broderick, Leona Doucette, Josephine Simmonds, Francis and Hector; and his sister-in-law Josie Doucette.

He is survived by: his child Carol Walfield; his grandchildren, Ryan, Tanner, Cameron and Paige; his great grandchild Jasper; his siblings, Geralda (Francis), John (Bonita) and Wilfred; and his siblings-in-law, Donna, Shirley, Bertha and David Simmonds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Hector's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or East Prince Palliative Home Care would be greatly appreciated.
