He was predeceased by: his brother Michael (Suzanne Cormier Lukca); and his father Joseph Lukca. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette; his sons, Jonathan (Dominique Riverin) and Anthony (Elisabeth Jean); his grandchildren, Eva, Francis, Philippe, Laurie-Rose and Zoé; his sister Helen (Carlo Stepancic); and his mother Elizabeth Marejka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montreal Children's Hospital – Pedal for Kids Foundation or to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada.
