He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Smukler; his stepson Michael Wainberg; and his grandson Adam Frankel. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan (Donna Frankel), Daniel (Judy Frankel) and Peter Frankel (Shanah Fedder); his stepchildren, James, Eliza Wainberg, Deborah and Oren Obadia; his sister Hannah Frankel; his siblings-in-law, Ann and Joseph Shatoff; his grandchildren, Amanda, Wendy, Mia, Cassandra, Chris Morrow, Quinn Frankel, Max, Isaac Frankel, Victoria, Emily Wainberg, Dalia, Abigail and Maya Obadia; and his great grandchild Stellan Ezra Morrow.
