He was predeceased by: his parents, Moe Halpin and Freda Halpin. He is survived by: his children, Darlene and Stuart; and his sister-in-law Bernice Elias. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Kehal Israel Cemetery.
