Finuccia Melchiorre Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Finuccia Melchiorre (Montréal, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Finuccia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Passalacqua. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Marilina and Davide (Eugenia); and her grandchildren, Sofia and Anthony. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex (7388 Rue Viau, St-Léonard, QC H1S 2N9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at the Notre-Dame-Du-Mont-Carmel Church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S2A1).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
