He was predeceased by: his parents, Sasson Moulavi and Yaffa Gourgia. He is survived by: his spouse Sholamit Sayegh Moulavi; and his children, Dr. Sasson (Renata Moulavi), Gali Moulavi and Ouri Moulavi (François De Rancourt). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
