He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Tenser and Tillie Tenser; his parents-in-law, Annie and Julius Katz; his sibling Bryna Tenser; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph and Abie.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Katz; his children, Perry, Lissa Tenser (Albert), Dr. Jeffrey (Barrie Tenser) and Julia (Ronnie Nelson); his grandchildren, Meghan, Sam, Lara, Adam, Justin, Amanda, Charlie, Dr. Nicholas, Noah, Clara, Michael, Dr. Michelle, Jessica and Amy; his great grandchildren, James, Chloe, Jaxsen, Jacob, Cole, Lucy, Michael, Sophie and Emily; and his brother-in-law Reuben Katz.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7).
