She was predeceased by: her husband Sonny Youster; her parents, Norman Weinstein and Rachel Weinstein; her siblings, Mary (Issie), Max, Irene (Sam), Eddie (Fanny), Freddie (Bea) and Jack (Joan); and her siblings-in-law, Beryl, Beatrice, Lazar, Joe and Irene.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sean, Melanie, Matthew, Leah, Randee, Jonathan, Stewart, Andrew, Justin, Jackie and Amy; her great grandchildren, Lexie, Jacob, Zachary and Zoe Zeitz; her sibling-in-law Gabor; and her caregiver Ramona. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7).
