She was predeceased by: her husband Sam; and her sibling Moniek. She is survived by: her children, Shellie, Irene (Richard) and Elliott (Elisa); her grandchildren, Jessica (Anders), Jacob, Kevin (Victoria) and Tori; her great grandchild Luca; and her caregivers, Ethel and Ruby. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
