He was predeceased by: his parents, Zygmunt Otter and Halina Otter. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Otter (Jeffrey Rombola), Rebeccah Otter (Christopher Handfield), Zax Otter and Jared Otter (Alexandre Desmanches). He is also survived by his family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7). A shiva was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 7 Rue Cadillac, Kirkland, QC H9H4E5.
