He is survived by: his parent Stefan Macyshyn; his husband Anne Hetz; his siblings, Alice Klymchuk (Paul) and Adona Kolisnyk (Zen); his sibling-in-law Peter Hetz (Mary Cecol); his niece Rebecca; his nephews, Ken, Ron and Sam; and his friend Miron. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
