She was predeceased by: her parents, Brayton Perkins and Gladys Gibson. She is survived by: her significant other Stuart Whiteduck; her sons, Matt Chabot (Gracy Wawatie), Mike Chabot (Anne-Marie Mantha) and Greg Whiteduck (Dell Guzman); her grandchildren, Dara, Chelsea, Kiyedin and Minawe; and her siblings, Linda, Dawn, Angela and Steve. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins and friends.
