He is survived by: his spouse Mrs Linda Madsen; his son Christopher; his sisters, Patricia and Maureen; his nephews, Shaun and Michael; his niece Carly; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn (André), Cecil and Bill; and his nieces and nephews, Suzy, Alex, Marylyn, Belinda and Jack.
