She was predeceased by: her parents, William MacLeod and Grace MacLeod; and her brothers, Donald, Grant and Eric (Karon).
She is survived by: her husband Murray Down; her children, Debbie (Joel Coppieters), Craig, Susan, Barbara and Cheryl (Tim Brier); her grandchildren, Alison (Paul Oppelt), Jason, Eric, Erin Brier, Lisa and Kiefer Roy; and her brothers, James (Gloria) and Dale (Valerie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute (Epilepsy Research) would be appreciated.
