Sara De Sousa Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara De Sousa (Laval, Québec), who passed away on February 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sara De may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sara De touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joao Manuel De Sousa; her sons, Paulo Miguel (Carla Rebelo) and Jean-Claude; and her grandchildren, Jenna, Kaylan, Dylan and Megan. She was also cherished by sisters, nephews and nieces as well as many other family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Complexe Sainte-Dorothée (1350 Autoroute 13, Laval, QC H7X 3W9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Église Notre-Dame-De-Fatima (1815 Rue Favreau, Laval, QC H7T2H1).
