As we bid Horst farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Horst is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his son Stephen (Sandy). He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Horstman; his daughter Isabel (Bernard); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Adriane and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, William, Maeva and Felix. He is also survived by brothers, sisters and many relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Yves Légaré Funeral Complex. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Complexe Sainte-Dorothée (1350 Autoroute 13, Laval, QC H7X 3W9).
