She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Jay and Helen Macbeth. She is survived by: her daughters, Carole (Leo) and Nancy; and her grandchildren, Deidra, Marissa (Dan), Olivia (Justin), Patrick and Monica. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
