Joseph Cross Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Cross formerly of Kahnawake, Québec, who passed away on March 20, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Cross and Mary Delisle; and his siblings, William, Wallace, Stanley and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Thomas; his daughters, Stephanie, Sharon (Randy) and Charlotte (Michael); his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Katsitsontha, Kennikaientaa (Karahkwenhawi), Kawennihes, Amanda (Gage) and Brandon (Alex-Anne); his great grandchildren, Tahasontarakwas (Chloe), Ryan (Devin), Nicholas, Kahawihson (Katsonhio), Karonhiakeron (Korley), Kanonwiiakon, Kaylia (Keihan), Alyssa (Tehotenion), Bria JP (Tyger), Isabella and Kahwatsiriiostha; his great great grandchildren, Deegan, Destiny, Hope, Envy and Kyzen; and his sisters, Josie (late Lester Zachary) and Ursula. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He ran the charitable shop "Totaʼs Tickle Trunk" from 1997 until Covid forced the closure of its door in 2020.
