He is survived by: his spouse Jean Mack; his children, David (Diane), Stephen (Vicki), Derick (Nathalie) and Susanne (Richard); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Alysha, Colleen, Nicholas and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Alssandro and Antonietta; and his sister Merle (late Robert Haverstock). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
