She is survived by: her husband Neil Hackett; her children, Kathleen (Markus), Ann, Eileen (Andrew), Kieran (Katie) and Teresa (Bernd); her grandchildren, Pavel, Meaghan, Joshua, Kevin, Chelsea, Jack, Michael, Kurt, Erin, Hayden, Felix, Maeve, Mathias, Rory and Hannah; her great grandchild Genya; and her siblings, John (Rita), James (Nicole), Shirley (late Ken) and Kathleen (Peter). She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Donations may be made in her memory to the Montreal Jewish General Hospital Foundation, 3755 Côte-Sainte-Catherine Road, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H3T 1E2.
