He was predeceased by: his brother Alexander (Tamara). He is survived by: his wife Tania Muzik Skamene; his children, Michelle (Emmanuel), David (Jarmila) and Catherine (Patrick); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Melodie, Alexandra, Oliver and Victorie Ella; and his sister Nadia (Wulf).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Nova Hudson, who were a huge comfort in final weeks.
