He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elvine Prophet and Joyce Buda (Prophet). He is survived by: his parents, Victor Prophet and Elsie Prophet (Gauley); his wife Glory Anne Carriere Prophet; his sons, Tony Prophet (Kitty) of Vancouver, BC and Jimmy Prophet (Emily); his stepchildren, Warren Carriere (Lesa) of Regina, SK, Rhonda Paisley (Bill) and Tamara Greer; his grandchildren, Justin, Joey, Jake, Patrick Prophet, Josh Paisley, Victoria Paisley, Meagan, Stephanie Carriere, Brooklyn, James and Ryan Greer; and his great grandchildren, Aria Fichter and Scarlett Fichter.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
