She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Dewar; her parents, Raoul Thomas and Ida Delaurier; her daughter Carmen; her siblings, Beatrice (late Julian), Irene (late Bernard) and Aldege (Audrey); and her sisters-in-law, Gwen (late Don) and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Robin (Sandy), Martin (Annemarie), Mavis (Glenn), Lana, Mona (Kelly) and Pamela (André); her son-in-law Michael; and her siblings, Alma (late Gerald), Karen (Edward) and Ernest (late Beverly). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
