She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Cullen and Marie-Antoinette Lebrun; her siblings, Alice and Henry; and her grandson Steven.

She is survived by: her husband Robert; her sons, Richard, James and Edward (Nancy); her grandchildren, Micheal, Amanda, Christopher, Luc and Stefany; and her siblings, Marguerite, Jean, Heather, Mary, Teresa and Joseph. She is also survived by many family members and friends.

“Even as I write this, it is unbelievable that Frances is gone. She was always so energetic and full of fun, We will certainly miss her BBQ's and Christmas celebrations which she loved! This was her favorite time of year as she put up the Christmas decorations with her husband Robert. She received her children, family and friends with such enjoyment and style. She displayed tremendous courage and acceptance with grace during her final months. Her memory will remain with us. Suzanne Dupuis”
