He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Nadeau and Margaret Ryan; his former wife Yvette Berube; and his brothers, Cletus (late Doris), Leonard (Mali) and Robert (Johanne).

He is survived by: his children, Shirley (Arnold Kluke) and Glenn; his grandchildren, Marc (Grace), Kyle and Danick (Gabrielle); his siblings, Orvella (late Remi), Carl (Mary), Brian (Nancy), Alicia (late Garry), Gerald (Rachel) and Kevin (Francine); and his wife Mansfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a huge circle of friends.
