She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Mullett. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Anne Hlusko; her son-in-law Marty; her son Ray Mullett; her grandchildren, Kristie Dulac (Miguel) and Matthew Hlusko (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Samuel, Alice Hlusko and Harper Dulac; and her brother Steve Kostaniuk (Suzanne). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of our mother, donations to the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal would be appreciated.
