As we bid Ioannis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ioannis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stella Hadzipantelis; his children, Catherine, Frank and Kim Trenholm; his grandchildren, Madison Eleni, John Josh, Matthew Persechino and Grace Sahyouni; and his great grandchild Mia Catherine Persechino. He was also cherished by his family, extended relatives, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rideau Funeral Home (4275 Bd des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B2A6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Koimisis TIS Theotokou Church (7700 Av. de l'Épée, Montréal, QC H3N2E6).
