He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Dowd and Elsie Williams; and his siblings, Timothy Dowd and Sherry Dowd (Raymond Lister). He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Dowd (James Bowker); his grandchildren, Britney, Dillion, Obry and Colton; his sisters, Wendy Dowd, Linda Dowd (Jacques Delisle), Pamela Dowd (William Kerr), Lori Dowd (Gaetan Goudreau), Sharon Dowd (Scott Graham) and Charlene Dowd (Charles Gale); and his friends, Karl Blais, Isabelle Doyon, Mike Martin and Maurice Pageau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close friends.
