It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hendrika Brunsveld (Chesterville, Québec), born in Newington, Ontario, who passed away on July 3, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerrit "George" Willem Brunsveld; her parents, Antonie Menkhorst and Hendrika Menkhorst; and her brothers, Johan Menkhorst and Wim Menkhorst.

She is survived by: her children, Annette Stuart-Bequette (Dale) of Lunenburg, Marianne Prinzen (Herman) of Picton, Will Brunsveld (Bonnie) of Newington and Elizabeth Brunsveld (John Sluiskes) of Lansdowne; her grandchildren, Megan (Jamie), Koryn (Kevin), Lori (Matthew), Lindsey (Leighton), Andrew (Julie), Holly (Jake), Hilary, Luke (Audreanna), David, Esther, Amy (Mike), Justin, Emma (Andrew), Gerrit (Emma) and Reagan (Steven); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Zane, Darcy, Britton, Faythe, Quinn, Emerson, Raven, Atticus, Arlyn, Jethro, Wren, Harper, Ryker, Harlow, Anna and Felix; and her sisters-in-law, Frederika Menkhorst, Ineka Oosten and Cilia Jansen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
