He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Carnegie and Josephine Ford (Turner); his stepfather Calvin Ford; and his friend Howard Zimmer. He is survived by: his girlfriend Rose Simpson; his children, Andrea Gebal (Ed), William Ross Carnegie Jr. (Cindy) and Carl Carnegie; his stepchildren, Sherry, Shelley (Harold), Daniel (Penny) and Andrew (Melissa); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Allison, Austin, Zack, Makalia, Jayden and Sam; his brothers, Jim Carnegie (Judy) and Douglas Carnegie (Darlene); his stepsister Beverly; and his friends, Paul Phillips, Henry Aartsen and George Hurst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
