It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita (Chaput) Harkins (Chapeau, Québec), who passed away on June 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugère Chaput and Anna Gendron. She is survived by: her husband James Harkins; her children, Brian, Donna (Leonard Godin), Rick (late Joanne Bertrand) and Janice (Perry Larochelle); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Don Fleury), Ashley (Tim McGuire), Brianna, Brittany (Taylor Corriveau), Brandon (Katie Kinslow), Macie (Taylor Campbell) and Logan (Christina Barone); and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Stella and Lennon. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, many nieces and nephews.
