He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tallon and Helen Tallon (Gleason); his wife Carmelita Ranger; his siblings, Mary Kate Tallon, Donna Tallon (Frank Klygo), Joseph Tallon (Debra), Victor Gleason (Verna), William Tallon (Jacinta) and Gary Ranger (Ann); and his stepfather Hilaire Ranger.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Victor, Norman (Amy) and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Joshua Tallon, Shyann StMartin, Alecia and Brandon Tremblay; his siblings, Douglas Tallon (Susan), Rosemary Tallon (Terrence Trottier), Edward Ranger (Sandra), Brian Ranger (Susan) and Patrick Tallon (Margaret); and his stepsiblings, Raymond, Clarena, Dorothy, Juanita, Hillard, Marina and Elaine Ranger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
