He was predeceased by: his mother Valerie. He is survived by: his father Gary Nicholson; his stepmother Joyce; his children, Karissa, Hayden, Hannah and Reeve; and his siblings, Greg, Jeff, Chris and Debbie. He is also survived by his many nieces & nephews; and his countless friends.
