He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila. He is survived by: his close friend Rosemary McAnnich; his children, Sandi (Donnie), Mark, Paul (Debra), Frank (Michael) and Sheila (Stewart); his granddaughter Madeline; his stepgrandson Christopher; his siblings, Walter (Carolyn) and Helen Gavloski (Ed); and his friend Jim O'Neill. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society (on behalf of Rosemary), the Canadian Cancer Society (on behalf of the late Sheila Jakowec) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation (on behalf of Moe).
